Be Creative

Hard work pays off...
My dad taught me this when I was too young itself.

You know I have a taste in creative arts and I used be creative at least couple of hours in a day. My dad was my mentor and the one who encouraged me the most to be creative always.

Suddenly I feel the emptiness of him when I saw this great art from Diamonster. He proved that hard work is all matters, not the tool. The tool used for the below painting is MS Paint which is considered to be an amateur's knife. (Click on the picture to see the full-sized version)

So friends, be creative in your life. Your creativity the one will get recognized first and later it's value will further get increased when people know the struggles that you went through.

Thank you TechBlog for allowing me to borrow the picture from your site!

Blogging

Prashanth didn't leave me after I've answered to his question on GOD, and emabarrased me with another one: "Why do you Blog? I think you are doing it for fame"

I was asked to give a simple, straight and one length answer.

I answered. "I believe that it is every one's duty to give back knowledge/information as we got/getting it from others."

Blogging is a powerful channel to impart your learnings/knowledge and I do it ONLY for that...

God

Prashanth asked me "What is GOD?"

I said "To me GOD is an undefinable source of power who is the driving force behind my success. It is my belief to seek concentration and peace of mind from The Almighty"

I believe in trusting and having faith on GOD instead on another human being who depends on someone else!

Robbery

We call a person who take things in the darkness or anonymously - a thief...

But what can we call a person who does the same act in front of us or doing the same even after knowing that the other person will come to know this very easily?

Whatever we decide to call him, he is a 'shit' and deserves a lifetime imprisonment with multiple wives!

I won't advice you to be a thief, but certainly better that being the latter.

Gifting

As usual before I leave Bangalore to home, I've called Ammu (my little
niece) to know what I should get her from Bangalore. After a gentle
pause, she replied "Cumin Candies".

I went perplexed as I was thinking of getting a Barbie Girl Doll or a
Teddy Bear for my 3 year old little princess.

This little one taught me a basic lesson.

Our gift should not be what we like to have, but it should be of the one
who receives it; no matter how priceless it is.

Living and Life

Norman MacEwan said:
We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.

Mind you, it is a tough compromise between living and life.
Determination can probably fetch you a better living, but only kind hearted will have a life.

I wanted to lead a life, not just live!

Suppliers

You can't get your work done from your supplier (Goods, products, services etc) by bashing them. Instead, you must empathize with them, put your hands around their shoulders and offer them a drink.

Tell me if this didn't work for you.

Parents

Most parents do Viral Marketing for their children.
It often considered merely as NEWS for the day.
It never used to touch the heart of the audience.

Hence parents, stop your current marketing and focus on bringing up your children who will sweat for others.

How did my parents bring me up? I don't know!

Continuous Relationship Management

There is an old saying:

First year of marriage, husband will listen to wife.
Second year, wife will listen to husband.
Third year onwards, neighbors will listen to both husband and wife...

Jokes apart, this could be true in our lives. The only remedy for this to introduce a third person between the husband and wife so that they both can listen to him/her.

Most Indian couples cross this chasm by having a sweet baby by third year of their marriage.

Great solution for Continuous Relationship Management!

Method for self Marketing

It is suicidal to follow Pinko Marketing in your life.
Ignore your wife's Viral Marketing as well.

What you must do a Direct Marketing well assisted with traditional PR campaigns.

Marriage

Those who got married very early in their young age are excellent marketers.

Those who got married very late have faced excellent marketing.

And those who got married at the right time are those who were on the look out for a QUALIFIED, and yet LESS DEMANDING customer!

I've got married at the right time!

Green

When you are helpless, people expect help from you.
When you are all set to help, still they will take help from you.

But the fact is that,

You will receive a RED mark when you are helpless.
But you will never receive a GREEN mark when you help those who are not desperate.

The only way to see yourself in
GREEN is to sacrifice everything when you are helpless.

Sweat

Financial disparity among family members could spur friction no matter how close each others are, and it would sweat those heavily who are trying to cover this up from the rest of the world.

Believe it or not, there is no other way than getting sweat if you care others!

Product selling Vs Personal Selling

Do you know what is the difference between selling a product and selling oneself?

For selling a product, your product should have some great stuff and need to be presented well. But for selling yourself, you need not have some stuff, only presentation matters...

Life changing manthraas uncovered!

If you are unaware of Indian official language - HINDI -, probably you would not have understood the meaning of this Blog's name - Shaanthi-Jeevan Manthraas. Not to worry, I will help you out.

I am certain that I would probably able to give you the meaning of this Blog name at least, if not the future contents. This does not mean that you should not come back to this Blog ever again, but to consider this Blog as a "Beta" blog - hehe.... (the word beta means to me "an easy excuse for not delivering the expected")

OK. Saanthi-Jeevan Manthraas means "Chants for a peaceful living"

Through this Blog, I preach some "marketing chants" for making your life peaceful and happy. Though I am just 29 years old, my personal marketing helped me a lot in creating a vast group of people who WILL accommodate me for a day and provide at least a day's food! That is the biggest achievement that I have ever got till date all through from my life and I'm unlikely to be starved to death for a decade from now!

All this because of my careful marketing approach for my own life and it indeed paid and paying me well these days. I am open for sharing my tricks and mind you, these are completely unlicensed. You can use it for any propose, personal, commercial and whatsoever.

Fine. Now let me start with my first line....

"Wife is the toughest and hardest customer a man can ever have throughout his personal marketing efforts"
